Prompt, friendly and professional service. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable in helping me get an old road bike ride-ready. They took the time to explain in detail the service they had performed, the parts replaced and everything I needed to know to keep my bike in great shape. The prices were very fair, and my whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. I heartily recommend them for any bike supplies and service. They have earned my loyalty as a customer.

I have an Iron Horse mountain bike that I’ve enjoyed riding for many, many years. I’ve had some issues with the detailer and the gear setup and I decided to take it to Outspokin to see if they could take care of the issues. Awesome….awesome job done by their technician. Awesome staff! Knowledgeable and great ambassadors for the sport of cycling! They get involved the community by holding fundraisers and host a lot of group rides with everyone welcome! I personally won’t ever buy or get a bike serviced from any other shop! My wife and I love Outspokin and are loyal customers!

During the Covid cycling frenzy my regular bike shop (not outspokin) wouldn’t even return my phones calls or sell me parts to repair my bike. Outspokin was recommended to me and I’m so glad they were. They went above and beyond to help me, despite me not being a previous customer. When it’s time for a new bike I’ll be buying it from Outspokin.

Best shop around, great products, great service but what makes them special are the people that work there Tara, Russ, Dave, Ben ect. They go out of their way to help you, answer your questions and make sure all your customer needs are met. Wonderful folks with great knowledge and you leave with a smile and know that your bike is ready to go!!! 🙂
